These are the Skinks, my Australian White lambs you’ve watched grow . They dress out at 6-7kg giving you around 4.5-6kg of meat - give or take (this is really food, not packaged shit, so I can’t guarantee it down to the gram).

  • Micro-Marbling and Low Melting Point, 28°C – 35°C / 82.4°F – 95°F

  • Naturally High Omega 3s, 3 x Higher then standard lamb

Your quarter lamb will be cut up into:

  • BBQ Chops

  • Cutlets

  • Loin Chops

  • Whole Leg Roasts

  • Shank OR ½ Neck (It’s random which one you get)

  • Chunk

  • Ribs

  • Mince

From our paddock to your plate, this is as local and honest as it gets. Raised right here on the family farm, by Tara (and Typo, who supervised). Processing will take place here in Victoria, and orders will be shipped directly to you.
